SAID ALI Hassane Alfeine is responsible for supervision and monitoring of the Directorate General of the Union of Mutual Savings and Credit Comoros (U-MECK).
The MECK Network is a micro finance institution established in 1996 under the initiative of the Government of the Comoros by the AIEB project (Support to Basic Economic Initiatives) with funding and technical support from IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development). The overall objective of the Network is to promote, in the agri rural sector development based on the mobilization of physical resources, local human and financial to improve the living standards of rural families, the poorest of the population.
His professional career began in the private sector, part in several directions where he held several management positions before landing the Micro Finance, the first Financial Institution of the Comoros. Since 2003, he has accompanied the development of MECK Network, among others the implementation of funds, product development, training of managers and employees, supporting the Board of Directors, a practitioner of inclusive finance.
