Mr. Souleymane sarr allotted 16 years of experience in microfinance. A career that began in 1999 at Crédit Mutuel du Ségaln as a financial analyst during 3 years before joining the firm Remix advisory in 2001, one of the largest microfinance consulting firms of the time partner of CAPAF / CGAP project with customer portfolio throughout the sub region of west Africa. He became a certified trainer CAPAF on cgap courses and resource person empowered to supervise the training of trainers on the course. He achieve several consulting and technical assistance missions for the benefit of various MFIs in Senegal and uemoa in areas as diverse as program evaluation, the intervention strategy design, feasibility and opportunity studies, coaching etc. In 2005 he joined the ACEP Senegal as Director of Studies for Development and Training. In this capacity, he was responsible for setting up the SME window of acep with the support of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management with funding from the KfW. With economic growth project financed by Usaid, Mr sarr set up integrated financing schemes in agricultural value chains and received training in this area in Pretoria and Senegal. Mr Sarr has a good knowledge of issues related to digital finance and online banking for initiating an important project in ACEP.
