Born and raised in Africa, Hugo Cereja has over 20 years’ experience in sourcing, negotiating infrastructure investments operations. At the beginning of his career he served at the European Parliament advising ECOWAS and the Africa Caribbean and Pacific Committee. Seconded by the foreign affairs of the European Commission to West Africa, he advised Presidents, Ambassadors on public private partnership to raise equity on capital markets. He sits on the boards of directors of several companies, including physical commodities confirming house, infrastructure funds, industrial projects and public services investment groups. His academic credentials include MBA with Major on M&A operations and executive education at JFK School of Government and Harvard Business School.
